Real Estate Photography KL

RM500–2,000/property 1–3 hours per property

Properties sell faster with professional photos — listings with high-quality images receive more enquiries and close at higher prices. In KL’s crowded property market, standing out on PropertyGuru, iProperty, or Mudah starts with the single thumbnail a buyer sees before deciding whether to tap.

What This Service Covers

Interior and exterior property photography for sale listings, rental advertisements, developer marketing, and short-stay optimisation. Wide coverage makes rooms feel open and inviting, while detail shots highlight the premium finishes and unique features that justify the asking price.

Who This Is For

  • Real estate agents and property negotiators
  • Property developers launching new projects and opening show units
  • Landlords listing rentals on Mudah, PropertyGuru, or iProperty
  • Airbnb and short-stay hosts wanting competitive listings
  • Interior designers documenting completed projects
  • Property management companies maintaining a portfolio

Property Types Covered

  • Condo and serviced apartment units — From studios in Bukit Bintang to family units in Mont Kiara and Desa ParkCity
  • Landed homes — Terrace, semi-D, and bungalow, including aerial coverage of the plot and street
  • Show units and sales galleries — Developer-grade coverage for brochures, billboards, and launch campaigns
  • Commercial and retail lots — Shoplots, offices, and F&B units for lease listings
  • Renovated and staged properties — Where the fit-out is the selling point

What You Get

  • Wide-angle interior photography of every key room
  • Exterior and facade shots
  • Aerial photography for landed properties and developments
  • Twilight and dusk exteriors (premium option)
  • HDR processing so windows hold their view instead of blowing out white
  • Virtual tour-ready images (optional)
  • 15–30 images per property
  • Turnaround: 3–5 business days

The Process

  1. Scheduling — We book the slot that matches the unit’s orientation. A west-facing condo shot at 10am looks flat and grey; the same unit at 4pm sells itself.
  2. Preparation guidance — A short checklist goes out before the shoot: clear countertops, remove personal photos, hide bins and cables, replace any blown bulbs so the colour temperature stays even across the frame.
  3. Shooting — Systematic room-by-room coverage from the corner angles that show how a space flows, plus detail frames of the finishes, fittings, and the view from the balcony.
  4. Post-production — Perspective correction so verticals stand straight, HDR blending for balanced window and interior exposure, and sky replacement where the weather refused to cooperate.
  5. Delivery — Platform-ready files at consistent quality, sized for PropertyGuru and iProperty upload limits without visible compression artefacts.

Why Choose Sorot Studio

Rooms are shot at the 24mm end of the Sony 24-70mm f/2.8 GM II — wide enough to hold a whole KL condo bedroom in one frame, but honest about proportions. Ultra-wide distortion sells a 650 sq ft unit that disappoints at viewing; a straight 24mm frame with corrected verticals sells a unit that looks exactly like the photos when the buyer walks in. Fewer wasted viewings, fewer disappointed clients, faster closings.

A CAAM-registered DJI Mavic 4 Pro adds aerial perspectives for landed properties and developments, showing the plot, the road access, and the neighbourhood context that a ground-level shot cannot. And a web development background means your listing images arrive optimised for every platform they need to live on — portal, agency site, WhatsApp broadcast, and printed flyer.

Pricing

Single unit from RM500. Show units and developer marketing from RM1,500. Volume packages available for agents with regular listings.
