- Property walkthrough — We tour the property with your marketing lead or GM, agree a shot list room type by room type, and flag what needs staging, what needs fresh flowers, and what needs a maintenance fix before the camera comes out.
- Light mapping — Every key space is assigned a time slot based on when its light is at its best: east-facing rooms in the morning, the pool deck in late afternoon, the facade at blue hour, F&B outlets in the quiet hour before service.
- Staging and shooting — Rooms are brought to standard — linens pressed, curtains set, cables hidden, amenities squared — and occupied floors are worked around so paying guests are never disturbed.
- Aerial coverage — Drone work over the property, the grounds, and the surrounding landscape, flown under CAAM registration.
- Post-production and delivery — Perspective correction, white balance matched across every room of the same category, and separate export sets sized for OTA platforms, your website, and print.
